mezcal margaritas



  1. Place all ingredients, except Tajin/chili salt, in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Strain into a low ball glass rimmed with chili salt.
  4. Enjoy. Cheers!


To make honey syrup, take 1/2 c honey and 1/2 c water and place in a small saucepan.  Heat over med low until honey is dissolved.  Cool and transfer to a jar.  You will only need a small amount for this recipe.  Store remaining syrup in the fridge for future use.

This cocktail can be easy mutiplied for a pitcher.
